SikaShield E50 HDPE SA IN 1.5 mm is a premium quality, cold-applied, self-adhesive, fully bonded post-applied waterproofing sheet membrane. It is engineered with a high-strength, cross-laminated HDPE film pre-coated with a heavy-duty SBS modified bitumen compound.

Designed specifically for the demanding Indian climatic and soil conditions, its underside features a removable release liner over the high-tack adhesive layer, allowing for incredibly fast, flame-free, and safe installation on-site.

  • Longitudinal Overlaps: Minimum 100 mm (utilizing the factory-provided selvedge edge).

  • Transverse/End Overlaps: Minimum 150 mm (requires trimming a 50 mm corner at a 45 angle to prevent multi-layer build-up).

  • Post-Application Protection: Must be protected from long exposure to UV rays or backfilling damages using protection boards, screed, or drainage composites.

  • Storage Dimension: Must be stored horizontally on pallets with a maximum stacking height of 1.0 meter. Do not stack pallets on top of each other during transit or warehouse storage.
